Mesenchymal stem cells transplantation in women with premature ovarian failure following chemotherapy induces ovarian function recovery, improving both hormones (estradiol) production and ovarian structure. Moreover, it improves endometrial thickness too, and was associated with a richer blood signal in the endometrium.
